WINE-SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Cristom Vineyards. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from the Cristom Vineyards website are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.
CREDIT CARD CHARGES
Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
MINIMUM PURCHASE
No minimum purchase is required.
SHIPPING POLICIES
STATES AUTHORIZED FOR DIRECT SHIPMENT
We currently ship direct-to consumer to most states throughout the U.S.
- Prohibited States include: Utah, Mississippi, and West Virginia. (We can ship to all others)
SHIPPING COSTS
FedEx is our carrier of choice. Please also be aware we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. A person 21 or over must sign for the wine in person. It cannot be left at the door. Three attempts will be made to deliver your shipment. After that, the wine will be returned to the winery. If you choose “pick-up” as your delivery method but do not pick up your shipment within 3 months, we will attempt to contact you. If no contact is possible, we may ship your selections at your expense.
SHIP TO A BUSINESS ADDRESS
To ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend shipping to a business address. Not
only do most carriers prioritize morning deliveries to businesses, it’s also more reliable to have a 21+ adult present to sign for the package. Alternatively, you may also ship to a FedEx/Walgreens pickup location to retrieve within 3 days of delivery.
WINE IS A DELICATE COMMODITY
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. We may hold your wine in temperature-controlled storage until any weather hold is lifted. Upon ordering, you may also request we hold your purchase for a specified time period.
If, despite all precautions, the wine arrives damaged, please notify Cristom Vineyards, and we will arrange to send you a replacement. You may keep the existing wine. Please do not send it back. The above applies to all direct-to-consumer purchases. If you purchased the wine at a retailer, it is the retailer’s responsibility to replace it.

*During the summer months, ground shipping should be reserved for short distances or transport across cooler regions. Availability of shipping methods varies by delivery area and season.

If you need your wine immediately, we offer FedEx Overnight and 2-Day Express shipping options.
