Jefferson Cuvée—our flagship Pinot Noir—captures Cristom’s hallmark style through whole-cluster and native yeast fermentations, with a focus on Estate fruit complemented by benchmark Eola-Amity Hills vineyards. The Willamette Valley Pinot Noir extends that perspective, blending select barrels from across the region to express the valley’s diversity with precision and balance.
