More on the AVA Series: With an emphasis on education, Cristom has cultivated the AVA Series to highlight the flavors and terrior of the gorgeous vineyards beyond our Eola-Amity backyard. Here one can compare the profile of the Dundee Hills, the McMinnville AVA and the Yamhill-Carlton AVA to our very own Mt Jefferson Cuvee to see what notes emerge. With zero distribution, this series is only available to visitors at the winery, or on our website when inventory allows. Enjoy a glimpse of the Willamette Valley as seen through the eyes of our winemakers, and savor the blends that over deliver as a thank you to our supporters.

More on the Old Vine Series: What a difference time can make! On a grand scale, we all know that time allows for rivers to carve land, plates to move oceans and forests to emerge from seeds. On a small scale, this series was created to highlight what 20 or more years of vine age can do to a wine’s depth of flavor. Here we’ve chosen vineyards whose age has a strong impact on its final flavor. With plantings in 1971 at Hyland Vineyard, and 1983 at Meredith Mitchell, our average vine age for this series far exceeds our 20 year minimum, including our blocks from Ken Wright’s Canary Hill will be 40 years old in the summer of 2023. As an Insider favorite, this beautiful trio let’s one dive deep into the gifts of long-term vineyard care that an old vine exemplifies.
